i have a few wedding cakes coming up in the next few months and the bride wanted that for every slice they cut you could see standing solid strawberries in the butter cream
how am i going to achieve that ?@!?!

Since the strawberries will start to break down in contact with the sugar in the buttercream, plus the different size strawberries would create a construction nightmare, I'd say no way. Remember, you're in charge here.
