I really would like to learn to use modeling chocolate, and I've seen directions everywhere, but when I try to do it I just end up with a mess of sticky, gritty chocolate. I think I must be doing something wrong. I see all over the web and on TV that it looks just like fondant, but mine is NOTHING like that. Can anyone help? It's probably something really simple that I am just missing.
