I bought a bucket of Sams club bc and have frosted a 4 tiered wedding cake. It really was nice to work with. Now I need to pipe big swirl patters using the same bc(colored black) and using a #7 tip.
The bc seems to dry or crust so quickly that I'm afraid the piping could get knocked off or fall off really easy. Any suggestions? Am I right to worry? icon_confused.gif

If it's drying that fast, you could add water or piping gel to it for your scrolls.

Thanks CW, the piping gel sounds like a good idea. I'll give it a try. Just have to experiment with the amounts. thumbs_up.gif
