Hi, I am interested in making the "cage" side decoration of the cake on page 16 in the August Cake Central magazine. It looks like it was made out of either white chocolate, colored green or candy melts. Any ideas how to do this technique would be wonderful.
I also really liked this cake. I thought is was colored white chocolate. I would love it if the magazine included some information on the techniques, or even just the materials used in the cakes.
