I can't figure out why my number of views hasn't increased when I know someone has viewed my photos (at least they told me they did). It's been "set" at the same number for months now. Can the counter get stuck? Has this happened to anyone else?
Any advise?

Yes. Logically its how the program can count "views". I compare it to book shopping. I can stand in a bookstore and flip thru multiple books all day long ..... but the one that counts is the one I buy..
having all of the thumbnails on the screen is me flipping thru your flickr book. But it only counts if I "buy", or actually go into, a specific pic.
