Does anyone have a favorite sugar free recipe for cake and/or icing? I just got a request and don't have time to try it first, so I am looking for one that you have already tried and think is good. Or is there a box mix?

Or could I just substitute a sugar replacement for the regular sugar in a cake/icing recipe?
