I'm planning on entering the puyallup fair cake contest this year It'll be my first contest so i'm excited! But the rules say you have to sign a release form. I looked at the release form and it says

"For valuable consideration, I authorize the Western Washington Fair Association d/b/a The Puyallup Fair to
use the recipe attached hereto for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including publication in a cookbook.
I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product, or the advertising or other
copy that may be used in connection with the finished product, or the use to which it may be applied.
I waive any right to any royalty or residual in connection herewith.
I represent and warrant that I am over the age of 18, that I am the legal owner of the recipe and that I have
read the above authorization and release prior to its execution."

does this mean the recipes I use have to be my own?
