I'd like to make a fondant/gumpaste baby pacifier/binky...are there any tutorials out there on how to make one?

I made this on on Saturday for a baby shower cake:

I mixed my mmf with some gum paste to firm it up. I rolled it out and cut a thicker circle, then I rolled the circle a little bit more in one direction to make it oblong.
I shaped the mouth piece by rolling into a cylinder, then shaped it into the paci mouth piece. I took the oblong, and put a rectangular indentation into it by using the un-pointed end of a skewer. I shaped the end of the mouth piece to fit into that indentation, but I first moistened it with a brush and water before sticking it together.
I rolled the ring, and cut into a circle shape. I used the large end of a pastry tip to cut a hole into the ring and I just worked it into a bigger hole.
I attached it the same way as the mouth piece.
When I set it to dry, I propped it onto the edge of a cookie sheet so it would sit in a 90* angle.

I hope this helps.

I just posted one...I made my own template (using a piece of an index card) for the butterfly-like back, I cut the 4 holes out with a piping tip...for the rubber part, which I thought would be so easy - ha! I had to go to Google images and model it by staring at a picture while my hands sort of worked it, LOL!
