I work with a guy who asked me to make his wedding cake. Through numerous conversations with him as well as the fiance' I have a good idea of what they want, however, I am meeting with her for the final "Q & A" so to speak and I want to make sure I am not forgetting anything...
Can any of you who do regular consultations suggest anything that I might not want to forget asking or addressing?
Thanks in advance!
PS...I know cake flavor & filling details already (this will not be a tasting), more of a final design choice appt...but I need details from her regarding reception hall and her florist...(She wants fresh flowers on her cake) how do I know how many fresh flwers she will need...(Guess this will depend on final design)? Yikes is there a chart or something for this?
Anyone? The Consult is tonight.
How about how many people the cake will need to serve? The venue, contact numbers in case something happens and you can't get ahold of the bride..... There are several contracts on here that cover all of that let me find the link....
There are a few on here to get you started! Good luck! http://cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-630887.html
Here is another the first link I posted only has one, this one has a few
I didn't look at the links other people provided, but make sure you find out who is cutting the cake!
