I am making a groom's cake, but it's really not cake! The groom doesn't like cake and really doesn't like sweets, except Snickers Bars. My question, I need to cover this "candy bar cake" with solid chocolate. The so called cake will be stacked snickers bars held together with melted choc. I want the cake to look like one big snicker bar.... no fondant! What kind of choc is best to use and do I have to temper the choc? Help and any suggestions would be appreciated!
