I have a white cake mix and I want to add an extender to have a bit more to work with. I have seen comments about the Extender 2 recipe but I can't seem to view it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Look at the Original WASC cake...it is a good extender and you can change the cake mix to whatever flavor you have on hand.

I don't know what is the cake mix in the recipe, we do not have any cake mix in here. So, can anybody please tell me what is a cake mix, what ingredients does a it have or is there any substitution that I use instead of cake mix?

This is what I do:
1 Betty Crocker White Cake Mix
4 Eggs
Water called for by mix
Oil called for by mix
1 cup AP flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1/2 package instant vanilla pudding.

I always ALWAYS sift all the dry ingredients together.
