I am checking out some commercial kitchen space at a local catering fascility tomorrow and I want to make sure I don't miss asking any questions. I plan to ask about rental fees, possible storage space, ovens, refridgerator space, if I can use any of their supplies like bowls and rolling pins, etc. Anything else I should make sure to ask?
what paperwork requirements do they have from you ..... copy of health license, how much liability insurance, do they need to be listed as an add'l insured, copy of food safe certification, if it's a shared kitchen, how are the hours scheduled, what kind of access (24/7? limited?)
