My sisters wedding is approaching. I have tried a few chocolate MMF recipes in the past and have had some problems. In the past, I have ended up substituting cocoa powder for some of the powdered sugar and still end up having to add brown/black food coloring to get my desidred color. Since it is for a wedding....I am needing a recipe with more color consistency.

I looked back to July on the recipe forum and have found little that is helpful.

Please help! Thanks!

I don't have a good MMF recipe, but the Chocolate Satin Ice works and tastes great!

Hi there, I never make my own fondant. So I don't have a recipe. But I know that Michele Foster's fondant is really good. I think remember she has the chocolate version of it. Not sure. Will have a look and let you know.

Also I have used Chocopan and its fantastic. Since its for your sister's wedding, can't you use store bought fondant until you find a perfect chocolate fondant recipe.

Ahh! found it. Here is the link. Check the variations at the bottom.
