What is the best way to go about making these? I want to do fondant but I am terrible at cutting things out. How did you do it?

I would find a template on the internet and print it out, put a sheet of parchment paper over it and trace it, then take the parchment paper traces and put that ontop of the fondant as a guide. Maybe there is an easier way?

here is where you can get the font for free:

type in what you need, print it out, cut out the letters as templates, cut out on fondant.

i did this for a star wars cake i did last spring.

When cutting letters out of fondant or gumpaste I cut a template out of poster board and lay it on top of the rolled out material I am using. I then cut it out with an exacto knife.
