I just got a call from a good customer and friend who needs a cake his son can eat. Son has corn, wheat, soy and peanut allergies. I already checked the new BC mixes, but they've got soy.
If anyone has a recipe, (he'd like chocolate if possible, but I'd take anything right now and possibly tweak in the chocolate) I'd love to hear from you.
Ok, I've done some searching, put a call into the near-by health food store. This is what I've found so far: http://beyondthewheat.com/gluten-free-recipe/gluten-and-egg-dairy-soy-corn-free-chocolate-cake/
It sounds promising. I'm going to go buy the flour now, but if anyone stops by this thread and has a better suggestion, I'm all ears.
