I've never made or have eaten pound cake before but I know it gets used a lot in stacking and carved cakes. I'm just wondering what's the flavor like compared to reg cake is it as good? I've seen some sites that charge more for pound cake anybody know why that is? Thanks for your help!
It's similar in flavor to regular cake but it's much, much denser. I like it better than regular cake but I'm not a big fluffy cake fan.
