I am sure this is on here somewhere, and I am also so sure I will lots of opinions...but curious about best brands of fondants to use. I typically use Satin Ice...love the premixed colors, but not the chocolate version...too sticky.

Seeing comments about Fondx and Fondarific (not sure what I think of those flavors), and Choco-Pan.

Does anyone have an opinion regarding the above vs. Satin Ice?

I don't care for Satin Ice since I find it too dry but like Fondarific for workability. I just mixed the two together last night as an experiment I think I like it. Soft and pliable but not dry.

I like Choco-pan okay but it got fingerprints way too easily!
