Apparently, I left my husband alone with the computer for too long. He joined CC, just so he could comment on my cakes! I recognized his screen name he uses on a new comment on one of my cakes. I have to say I am very grateful to have a husband who is sooo supportive of my dreams.

Awwwwww! That is so sweet!

I asked my hubby about this and one reason he joined is that people at his job kept asking for pictures of my cakes. He had asked me to email them to him, so he could print them out at work, but I kept forgetting. He knew I had all the best ones here, so he joined to get my pics. He put a pic of one of my cakes on the bulletin board with some business cards. Again, I feel so grateful to have someone in my corner! Especially since I have spent more than I have made so far!

I have one does support me that way also. It is just a warm fuzzy feeling to know they love you so much.

That's my wish for every caker, especially first starting out, that they have someone in their life who is supportive and encouraging- and no one overly negative! I am now working on opening a bakery and I have many people behind me. Some are skeptical and questioning my wisdom- but that just motivates me to prove them wrong!
