I make homemade butter all the time and was wanting to try it in my buttercream, but was afaird that it might not crust right or not hold up as well. has anyone tired this?
Hi Sarah-Beth! My comment will not be helpful (sorry). But, I am fascinated that you make your own butter. I only know one other person who has and she grew up on a farm long ago where many people lived off their land. (I love her stories.) Anyway, I hope someone can help you!
