Has anyone tried Wal-Mart brand cake mixes for their WASC cake?
If so what was it like? Thanks Babs

I have only ever used BC and DH.. does Walmart sell their own now?? I'd be interested to see what people say as well.

Are you talking about the Great Value brand? I used to use them and they did come out surprisingly moist. I always had good results with them, but I can buy BC cheaper, so that's why I switched. I would say they compare though--from my experience anyway. I usually doctored them up, but I do that with any brand. So I would think your WASC would be fine.

Yes Wal-Mart has "Great Value" brand & they are more cost effective (cheaper) lol, here in Canada unless you can get the other Name Brands on a good sale. Thanks for the replies! thumbs_up.gif
