Do You Cover A Fondant Cake With Plastic Wrap?

I was wondering , after you get your cake covered with fondant the night before the delivery ,do you cover it with plastic wrap to keep the mmf from getting hard.

There is no need. The fondant will "firm up" a bit which will hold the fondant shape around your cake but will not actually get "hard". It will still be smooth and soft for eating for a few days after covering and keeping at room temp.
