Hello everyone!
i made MMF and BC last week for a cake i was making and i have some leftover. What is the best way to store both and how long can they be stored for? I have the BC in the freezer right now. Thanks for all your help!

Hi Megan ,

I just wrap mine in plastic wrap and then throw that into a ziplock baggie and they hang out on the counter .

I place my buttercream icing in the freezer and it holds up great for a couple of months. I wrap my MMF in plastic wrap, place it in a freezer bag and it's held up for several months. I take it out, leave it wrapped, bring it to room temp. Once it softens, if it feels softer than I want I just knead in additional powdered sugar. I also freeze my regular fondan. HTH
