The recipe for Ialian Butter Cream by YOUNIQUE_CAKES indicates at the end of the recipe "Use Immediately" and anyone tell me if it can be stored for any length of time?

I have put mine in the fridge for a few days when I was done with it and then set it out to soften (not get warm) and then had to whip it again with a mixer, but it worked just fine.
However, I always use it immediately for the intended project, just save leftovers and make cupcakes or something.
