I now understand the hype. I had to make a chocolate cake and have been searching for a better recipe to use, figured hey everone's always going on about it so why not have a go? Well it was very soft and moist, I use fondant pretty much all of the time and thought there was no way this floppy moist soft cake was going to work but you know what I've come this far give it a go. Boy was I wrong it held it perfectly no slipping no lumping and no squishing involved. I am amazed. I used a Betty crocker cake mix base and went from there and you know what? This is now my go to chocolate cake. I think it defys the laws of nature acting like a much heavier cake whilst being super amazing. Just going to try the original now and I cant wait. To anyone who hasn't tried it DO IT NOWWWW!!! You won't regret it! Oh if I ever manage to get the photo to load it is the music one in my pics,
