making a cake for a friends baby shower and she is having twin boys.....

i need to know how to make babies out of buttercreme (she doesn't want any fondant)

and how do i keep red from bleeding onto the other colors?

Hi, the only other medium I could come up with, that you could use would be RKTs (rice krispy treats). I mean, you would have to really work the rkts to a super smooth surface, which isn't too difficult to do. If you squish, smash and squish they together really good them mold. Then I figured that you could cover them in the buttercream. If you good at smoothing BC, I'm not, lol then you could do it that way. Then I guess from there put whatever dressing, if any on yr baby. Maybe someone on CC who has done this before will see yr post and assist you more. HTH AND GOOD LUCK

Sometimes we cannot accomplish what a customer wants.
B'cream babies is possible but takes lots of practice in figure piping. Just not that easy for many icon_sad.gif
