Have you ever heard of Cream Cheese fondant..have you ever used it? And do you like the texture...is it easy to use?
I have a recipe but I wanted to get some feedback before making it.

Haven't tried it yet but if you want a cream cheese flavored fondant you can add five to six drops of cheesecake flavored candy oil to your recipe. I would be worried about refrigeration with this recipe.
