I have extra red MMF leftover from my son's birthday cake, is there any way possible that I can change the red into pink fondant? Would it change just by adding white gel coloring? Please help!

I would mix it with more white fondant.

I'd just wrap it really well and toss it in the freezer! With Christmas coming you would be all ready for the holidays! Red is such a 'pain' I wouldn't let a good batch get away!
