I have attended 1 day cheese cake making class last year. I bake my first cheese cake lately but I the cake base is not crumble. How do ensure the base is crumble.
Are you refrigerating it before you try to cut a slice? What kind of crust is it?
I used cream cracker with butter for base. Refrigerated the cake.
I make Cheesecake all the time with a graham cracker crust. It doesn't crumble or fall apart. I normally use butter, a little cinnamon and graham crackers.
