Covering Cake Boards

what do i cover my cake boards with??? i was using freezer paper for a while but it started getting greasy on please.

Have you seen Wilton's grease proof boards?

Did you put your freezer paper on the board so that the plastic side is out? That's what I do for most of my cakes, and the smooth, shiny white surface makes a nice, neutral base. (Not to mention cheap!)
