I am kinda new a this, but I heard and read so many ways to price wedding cakes either by the teir or by the serving. The price is sooo difficult to decide. I have determined that I will charge for a serving but (not sure what yet), but my question is I have not read if this is with or with out the cost of the cake ingrediants... can someone help me with this?
I would say it includes the ingredients. I think people typically charge extra for sugar flowers.
