Hi I'm wondering what bettercream is and how it compares to a regular american buttercream? I'm also wondering about 7min frosting or basically any of the cooked flour frostings? What do they taste like, how do they hold up? Texture? I've made abc and imbc and am just trying to look for other options. Any recipies would be great too
Thanks

Bettercream is a product that is sold in a carton at GFS and you whip it and use it, very soft, not good for roses, etc. (like the grocery stores whipped cream icings) Will hold for 5 days at room temp.

7 minute is an egg based (not flour) cooked icing...it is like marshmellow when done, does not hold well at all. Best eaten the day it is made.
