My son wants a cheesecake birthday cake and he wants me to carve it like a Kangaroo? Is that even possible? At first thought I dont think so but I thought I would ask you amazing ladies!

And does anyone have a Great Cheesecake recipe?

You should be able to shape it so it's a 2D kangaroo. I've never tried with cheesecake, but with a typical cake you would freeze and then carve into the shape using a template. Just draw one freehand or print a pic off of the internet and cut it out to serve as your template. I don't know if you would want to decorate with fondant or bc or anything, though, because it's cheesecake. Perhaps you could cover with whipping cream and then cover that with graham cracker crumbs to get the brown kangaroo color. Then just pipe sparingly with black bc to distinguish arms, legs, face, etc.
