Cake #1: Fondant with purple strip and lilac design. I see, obviously, the purple is just a cut strip of fondant..but how do they get the lilac design on? Is that fondant or royal icing? All done free hand?

Cake #2: I love this cake with the scroll work...I cant seem to get mine to look the same freehand. Is there a pattern that would be traced?would that be royal icing?

Thanks in advance! You all always seem to have the answer icon_biggrin.gif

Youre obviously not getting any replies because the two links take you to log in an acct at the Knot, not with the actual photos.

shrinkpictures.com will resize them very easily for you if that is what you need.
