My kids keep asking for muffins, but they never like the mixes. What are some good muffin recipies?

google Martha Stuarts coffee cake muffins. They are really good. You usually have left over brown sugar topping but I can always find a use for that. icon_smile.gif

I just made those last week. They are awesome! I made a double batch and none are left. I have more blueberries so I'm going to make more. thumbs_up.gif

99% of the time I make them from scratch, but in a pinch a Krusteaz's mixes are the best!
