My kids keep asking for muffins, but they never like the mixes. What are some good muffin recipies?

google Martha Stuarts coffee cake muffins. They are really good. You usually have left over brown sugar topping but I can always find a use for that. icon_smile.gif

Try family fun for muffin recipes too. Its a good website for kid friendly recipes.
Heres a link to their muffin recipe page.

99% of the time I make them from scratch, but in a pinch a Krusteaz's mixes are the best!
