I am going to make a cake that will hopefully taste like a Twinkie. I want to know what fondant would go good on top of this hopefully Twinkie cake that would go with the flavor of a twinkie?

Here is the cake recipe which I havent tried yet so no idea if it is good

2 Cup Flour
1−1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup Cold Water
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
7 Egg Yolks
7 Egg Whites
1/2 Teaspoon Cream of tartar

Here is the filling recipe again no idea how this will taste

2 teaspoons very hot water
rounded 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups marshmallow creme (1 7-ounce jar)
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

What about marshmallow?
