What Is The Cookie Deco Icing That Dries The Fastest?

I'm decorating some cookies and need to wrap them tomorrow morn. What does anyone recomend the best? RI or corn syrup or galce?

Your best bet is fondant. From what I have read, both royal and glace usually need 24 hours to dry

I agree. I use Antonia's royal icing and i leave it to dry 24 hrs before packaging. But if i'm doing details on top i can usually do them about 4-6 hours after tha base coat as the "outside" of the RI has dried and can hold the additional details without melding together.
