hello bakers,
I was wondering, I just made some MM fondant last night. The recipe I got said to refrigerate it over night and then let sit until it comes to room temp. Do I need to store it in the frige still if I have left overs or if I don't use it right away? And how long does MM fondant last? Thank you for all your help!

Hi and welcome to CC
I never keep my fondant in the frig and it keeps forever. I always have at least 2 batches made ahead, wrapped in plastic wrap and then put in zip lock bags to store. Hope this helps.
