Hey! I'm doing a cake in the shape of wrigley field this weekend for a grooms cake and was just looking for some help on how I will go about carving and stacking the cake! I haven't done anything like this before so I'm just a little nervous that it won't hold up or something, I was planning on using dowels though. Also, I'm using Ina Garten's Beatty chocolate cake recipe which is very moist, but I'm freezing it before I carve it so that should help. What do you all think????
