I have a request for a baby blocks cake for a baby shower. The father to be loves sailboats and motorcycles (dirtbikes) and they have requested both be on the cake blocks. The sailboat I have covered but the motorcycle I am a little stumped. I am thinking about making both of these in fondant and am not sure how to do the motorcycle without if falling to pieces. Should I "mount" these on a flat piece of fondant then place that on the side of the block? Should I just do a BCT (but again I am nervous this will slide off)?
Any suggestions???
