gumpaste figurine. Are you kidding I put the whole guy together, think he looks pretty darn good (for my first time) go to make a simple base ball cap.

If his head has hardened, you might be able to take a small round circle of fondant and mold the cap around his head, then add the stripes and bill.

How about Slicing the top of his head off so the cap will look as if it is sitting on his head more realisticly?
