Not sure if I'm in the right forum, but I am trying to make a cake that I can call "my own". I don't even know where to start. I've tried everyone else's recipes and love most of them, but I'd like to make a cake where I have a 'secret' ingredient.....
Do MOST cake decorators use their "own" recipes or do most just use whatever recipe is already out there???? Any tips or ideas???
Most of my recipes are highly rated recipes that I tweek and make them my own
Mine usually start with someone else's too and then some changes.
