Hi! Excuse my ignorance, but just curious to know how much people charge for fondant decorated sheet cakes, quarter and half sheet size? Do you charge per serving?
How much does it cost you to make it? Including not just ingredients but boards, boxes and so on.
How much is your hourly rate? How long does it take you to make it from start to finish?
How much profit do you want to make on it?
It really depends person to person and area to area. Some areas are able to charge more than other areas. Some people are able to buy in bulk or their ingredients cost is alot more than others, so that plays in to affect.
There is no set answer to this question. It is something that each person has to work out and figure out what prices fit for them.
