Help, Please Extender And Enhancer?

Can you add BOTH the cake extender AND enhancer (sour cream, pudding, etc.) to the same box of cake mix? icon_confused.gif

FAST POUND CAKE
18.25 oz cake mix
1 small pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 c flour
1 c sour cream
¾ c sugar
350°F 70 minutes or till test done. Cool 5 minutes.
