Oh my goodness! I had a center sunken cake!!!! I thought I make some mistake during the process. However the answer was revealed when I cut the cake, it was totally not cook inside and therefore it sunk. Though I have using the tester many time and it come out clean...now I know it cant be trusted fully. Follow the timing strictly is very important.
