So I want to use the tub of premade philly cheesecake filling in a cake, the cake will be covered in ganache and then MFF. This filling needs to be refridgerated right? Does anyone know how long it will be ok out of the fridge? Is it even worth the risk of having condensation issues or should I just forget it? Its for my own birthday cake tomorrow night and I'll be taking it to the bowling alley so it'll need to be out of the fridge for a couple of hours

Couple hours should be fine. I use a whipped cream mousse in all of my cakes and they sit out for four to five hours sometimes. Just chill well before you leave for the party.

I want to say that cream cheese is fine to be left out for about 4 hours. I sure there are many that have left it out longer with no problems, but I usually use a 4 hour or less rule when it comes to it.
