I cannot find the instructions for my dobord anywhere. I can't seem to loosen the pegs to adjust the height. Because of a major illness in the family I have not been able to bake in awhile. I really would like to start again-but my brain has left me and I don't remember how to work this thing! icon_cry.gif

I would be grateful for any help.

You have to loosen the brown pegs so that piece comes off completely. Then stand the board up and slide the frame up slightly so you can see the grooves on both sides; choose which groove you'll use (1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2") and slide the frame back down. Lay your board flat again and attach the loose piece with the pegs. HTH

If the pegs are very tight so you can't just twist them loose with your fingers, you can gently use a pair of pliers to grip the peg and turn it.

Oh thank you so much!! I didn't want to break it by messing with it.
