I'm having a problem entering the 2010 animal contest and have not gotten responses to TWO messages that I've sent in via the "contact" site. On my first attempt to upload, I got an error message. When I tried again I got another message that says I cannot enter the contest more than once! When I check for my photos, it simply gives this statement twice: "Page 1 of 0"

Does anyone have any suggestions re. what I can do to get my account reset???? I'm SO FRUSTRATED!! Thank you for any suggestions!
