icon_biggrin.gif I needed some hot pink sanding sugar for a cake this weekend and didn't have any. Wow, why haven't I tried this sooner? It was so easy and fun too!
Now, I am looking at all of my Americolor gel in a whole new light...lol

I had several bottles of the Wilton white sparkling sugar so I dumped one of those bottle in a zip lock bag and then added a little bit of Americolor gel to the bag. Then I just zipped the bag and gently mixed the color into the sugar. I poured it out on a cookie sheet and let it dry.
Try it...it's great fun icon_smile.gif
