it the first time i expierienced somthing like this. twice i made the coffee cake with the same recipy and both time the cake fell down from the centre at the end of baking. it was a 6" round tin with 3" height. i can not u'stand why! does ome one have any idea? i have to make this cake for a order in two days and i dont know what i can do! pleae help! thankyou
