I need help in measuring a 12 x 18 inch sheet cake for cake squares for a baby shower cake. I need 72 to 75 cake squares. Thanks!

They won't be square but if you cut 9 along the long side by 8 along the short side, it'd give you 72...

That's around 1/2 a serving...1 1/, I reckon that would be more like 1/2 a layer cake party serving or 3/4 of a sheet cake serving (which is somewhere near 2x2x2)

A 12x18, when cut in industry standard 2x2x2" servings, will yield 54 pieces.

You're wanting to get 50% more pieces out of this? icon_confused.gif Those are going to be pretty teeny pieces.

If it were me, I would talk the client into ordering more cake. I used to have a 14x22 pan. When cut into 2x2x2" squares, it yielded 77 pieces.
